Matthew currently works as a Paint Line Laborer in the metal fabrication business, preparing and applying coatings to metal products. This job requires great attention to detail and precision, which Matthew takes pride in. His ability to stay focused and ensure that each product meets quality standards reflects his dedication to his work.

Before his time at his current company, Matthew worked as a laborer in the automotive field from May 2016 to August 2018. This experience provided him with skills and practical knowledge that he has carried into his current role. It also helped him appreciate the value of teamwork and collaboration.

Matthew also attended Hawkeye Community College, where he studied Criminal Justice. His college knowledge of the criminal justice system strengthened his sense of integrity and responsibility, which he upholds today.
